Day 15: If I Ruled Liechtenstein...Vacation Would Take On Its Real Meaning

As Duke of Liechtenstein, I have decided to pass a bill giving employees a starting vacation period of 4 weeks. This time off is across all industries and will be offered to all those under employment.Furthermore using more than one week in a row will not be discouraged.

If it is, rest assure that there will be harsh consequences. The offender will lose 1 week of his/ her vacation time, will not be paid out for that time lost, and will have to give that time to the employee they have just tried to intimidate. Any allegations will bring a full investigation of the entire company, and each person (even the accuser) will receive a swift yet authoritative slap in the face with a wet hand by an impartial party. He will be known as "The Slaptator."

Americans by and large work the most hours per week. They take the least amount of vacation, are discouraged from taking more than one week at a time, and also receive the least amount of vacation time at a whopping 2 weeks to start on average. When one is able to finally escape on vacation, most suffer anxiety and increased stress from wrapping up projects before we leave, contact the office during downtime, and worry about what will happen when we return.

This usually occurs because of the type of work culture America has produced. Why has America created a culture in which taking vacation is difficult, guilt ridden and often times even more stressful? The answer is simple although quite racist. But I'm the Duke. I don't need to prove anything. I just need to say it. Most big companies in American are run by friggin Jews the Jewish.

From my own experience, and I have a lot of it, I have learned that for the most part, they will work you to the bone, smile at you while paying you pennies, laugh at you when you ask for more and will challenge every day off you take. The reason for this is simple. In America paid time off is simply not standardized. It is up to the company to police their own regulations, which includes vacation time. And since Jews are good with money and not people, they will try to maximize work output regardless of any personal consequences it has on their employees.

Not in my house *shaking head and wagging finger* There will be no fear of evil, dirty Jew bosses who use intimidation tactics to discourage paid time off. They'd be breaking the law, and we here in Liechtenstein, are on your side.So come on and move in. Enjoy your long vacation. We'll keep your seat warm, your job safe and your families happy.
